A Professional Email subscription that is not renewed moves through several phases after it expires. You can keep your service active by renewing during the first 30 days. After 60 days, your mailboxes and data are permanently deleted.
After your Professional Email subscription expires, your service moves through these phases:
- Days 1–7 (grace period): You can send and receive email as usual. Renew your subscription to keep your service active.
- Days 8–30 (suspended): You can receive email as usual, but sending is blocked. You can still renew your subscription yourself to restore full service.
- Days 31–60 (deleted): Email service stops. Your mailboxes and data are still recoverable. Purchase the subscription again using the same email ID (the part before the ‘@’ symbol) as before, then contact support to request restoration.
- After 60 days (purged): Your mailboxes and data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Purchase a new subscription to start over.
To avoid an interruption in your email service, turn on automatic renewal or renew your subscription before the expiration date.
