3 days with no help since our 1st post here – request to escalate

Hello! It has been 3 days since we asked for help for the 1st time here – for our account of many years with PAID sites, under email address (email visible only to moderators and staff). Since then, we made 3 posts, and emailed to help@wordpress.com twice, with no results. We are truly puzzled. How can we get help please?

Hi there, as frustrating as this may be, opening multiple threads on the same topic won’t get you help any faster.
You received a staff reply to your issue in your earlier forum thread at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/login-broken-need-human-agent-assistance/#post-4105865 if you followed staff directions, please be patient for them to reply. Sending additional emails also won’t speed up the process.
Staff do have a backlog of support requests that they are working through. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
